Services

Reference: The Library provides reference services during all hours that the library is open.

If there are no Medaille librarians available by chat, you can click on the "Ask Us 24/7" link on the Library's website. Ask Us 24/7 is a consortial virtual reference service with librarians located around the nation.

Interlibrary Loan: If Medaille doesn't have the book or article that you need, you may request it via interlibrary loan. If you've already determined that the Library doesn't have the book you need, you can fill out the online form, which is available on the Library's website. Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks to receive items via ILL.

Library Instruction: The Library offers general and course-specific informational sessions to introduce Medaille students to the library's resources. Instructors can contact Thomas Orrange to set up sessions for their classes.
